1、 Durian import process

preparation in advance

• Importer completes application for food import and export rights
• Apply for the Import Animal and Plant Quarantine Permit in advance
• Sign contracts with suppliers to clarify the variety, quantity, quality standards, and traceability requirements
• Confirm the registration status of the orchard and packaging factory

Freight transportation and arrival at port

• Choose sea or air freight based on cargo volume
• Container sealing and ensuring hygiene
• Pre check documents such as certificate of origin and phytosanitary certificate

口岸清关

• Exchange the bill of lading for the bill of lading
• Declare through a single window and submit electronic and paper documents
• After customs valuation, issue a tax invoice and pay taxes and fees
• Enter the inspection stage, focusing on checking packaging labels, harmful organisms, and pesticide residue indicators

国外出口商准备的单证

• 植物检疫证书：由输出国家或地区的官方机构签发，证书内容与格式符合国际植物检疫措施标准
• 原产地证书：证明榴莲的原产国，需与提单信息一致
• 卫生证/健康证：证明榴莲符合中国食品安全标准
• 贸易单证：提单、箱单、发票、合同，用于记录货物运输、包装、价值及贸易双方权利义务等信息

3、 Precautions

果园和包装厂资质

进口的榴莲需来自经海关总署注册登记的果园和包装厂。

检疫审批

• 新鲜榴莲：需提前办理《进境动植物检疫许可证》，并从许可证上的"进境口岸"入境，且进境口岸要有进境水果指定监管场地资质
• 冷冻榴莲：不需要检疫审批，也不需从指定监管场地进口

单证要求

除一般贸易单证外，还需提供植物检疫证书、卫生证书等，证书上的进口商、收货人以及进口贸易合同的买方应三者一致。

包装箱和标签

• 包装箱上应用中文或英文注明水果名称、产地、果园注册代码、包装厂名称或注册代码等信息
• 对于输华冷冻榴莲的每个包装箱和零售包装盒上还应标明货物名称、生产地点等详细信息
• 每个发运货物的托盘上用中文标注

货物品质

• 榴莲品种应与许可证许可的内容相符，数量不得超过许可数量
• 不得夹带未经审批的榴莲种类
• 应不带土壤、枝叶以及中国关注的病、虫、杂草等危险性有害生物
• 农药残留、重金属等有毒有害物质的含量应符合中国国家标准
