1、 Import process

Preliminary preparation and qualification confirmation

• Determine the accurate HS code of electronic products, query tariff rates, value-added tax rates, and regulatory conditions
• Clarify the country of origin and determine whether preferential tax rates are applicable
• Confirm whether 3C certification or other special licenses are required

Operation before the arrival of goods at the port

• Prepare necessary documents such as contracts, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc
• If enjoying preferential tariffs, a certificate of origin must be prepared
• Products that require 3C certification must provide a 3C certificate or exemption certificate
• Submit detailed and accurate declaration information to customs through a single window system

• Exchange the bill of lading with the shipping company or freight forwarder to obtain the bill of lading
• Electronic products that require legal inspection shall be declared to the customs or local inspection and quarantine department
